The short version: Instancy collects no personal data. None.

What the app stores

Your reading position, completed chapters, settings, and purchase status are saved only on your device. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

What the app does not do

• No accounts, sign-ins, or profiles
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind
• No access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or location
• No data shared with third parties, because none is collected

(The app's technical manifest lists camera/microphone/photo permission descriptions solely because the underlying game engine links those frameworks; Instancy never requests or uses these permissions.)

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is processed entirely by Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iOS). We receive no payment details. Refunds and payment questions are handled by the store's own policies.

External links

The app contains links to instancy.online (the book's website), which opens in your browser and is governed by its own practices.

Children

Instancy does not collect data from anyone, including children.
